Refund policy
At Turath, we want you to love your purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
How to Exchange Your Item:
- Contact Us: Send us a message via Instagram (@Turath.mona or @zir.ziyadeh) or email us at Turath.Mona@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Let us know which item you’d like to exchange and why.
- Choose Your Exchange Method:
- By Mail: You can ship the item back to us (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility). Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange.
- In Person: If you’re local, you can exchange your item with us at any of our pop-up market events. Let us know where you’d like to meet, and we’ll coordinate with you.
- Get Your New Item: Once we receive your return in its original condition, we’ll ship your new item (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility). or hand it to you at a pop-up market.
Important Notes:
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we will work with you to find an alternative.
- Customized items cannot be exchanged unless there is a defect or issue with the embroidery.
- If you can’t find something you like at the time of your exchange. You can receive the value of your product as store credit to be used within 1 year.
