Turath Shipping & Tariffs Policy

At Turath, every piece is handmade with love and made to order, celebrating Palestinian heritage.

Processing Time:

  • Orders take 5–7 business days to be crafted and shipped. Customized or Tatreez pieces may take slightly longer. 💚 We always try to finish faster.

  • If you need something urgently, please message us on Instagram @Turath.Mona or email us. We will try our best to accommodate your request .

Shipping & Delivery After Processing:

  • Canada: 3–7 business days

  • USA: 7–14 business days (customs may vary)

  •  

    • International: 10–21 business days (customs may vary)

       

     

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping promotions applied automatically.

  • P.S: We’ll prepare and ship your order within the processing time stated at checkout. Once your package is with the courier, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control. If your shipment is delayed, please contact us. We’ll follow up with the courier and do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee a delivery date or the courier’s response time.

Tracking:

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Tariffs & Duties:

  • We offer a free upgrade to Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) whenever possible.

  • Some countries may require customers to pay tariffs or taxes on delivery, based on local customs rules. We as Turath, don't have much control over this. Any border charges will be Customer's responsibility. Thank you for understanding.
