At Turath, every piece is handmade with love and made to order, celebrating Palestinian heritage.

Processing Time:

  • Orders take 5–7 business days to be crafted and shipped. Customized or tatreez pieces may take slightly longer. 💚

Shipping & Delivery:

  • Canada: 3–7 business days

  • USA: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days (customs may vary)

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping promotions applied automatically.

Tracking:

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Tariffs & Duties:

  • We try to offer Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) whenever possible.

  • Some countries may require customers to pay tariffs or taxes on delivery, based on local customs rules.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders:
