The poppy flower (شقائق النعمان) has long been known as the flower of Palestine. Its colors mirror the Palestinian flag. It grows through the harshest conditions, uprooted and returning — always.

This art speaks to the power of love — love for our land and the right of a free Levant. The flower covers the face, because it does not matter who you are.
